PROGRAM AND PARTICIPATION
MxA Management Group, LLC, operator of Furtivo Speakeasy, offers a text messaging program for individuals who request to receive messages. Depending on your selections, messages may include reservation confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries, event information, updates, and offers. We may use automated technology to send authorized messages.
Enrollment is voluntary. Consent to receive promotional messages is separate from consent to receive service-related messages and is not required to make a purchase, make a reservation, or submit an inquiry. You must be the subscriber associated with the phone number provided or be authorized to use it, and you must meet the age requirements applicable to the program.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the communications you have authorized. Message and data rates may apply to both incoming and outgoing messages. Contact your carrier for information about your plan and applicable rates.
OPTING OUT AND RE-ENROLLING
To opt out, reply STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and no further SMS messages from the program will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may also request to opt out by email. To subscribe again, complete the available consent process again.
ASSISTANCE
Reply HELP to the sending number or email furtivo@mxa-management.com for assistance. If you change your phone number or stop using it, please notify us so we can update our records.
AVAILABILITY AND CARRIERS
Delivery depends on network coverage, technical availability, and your carrier’s terms. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS as your sole means of communication for urgent reservation-related requests.
PRIVACY
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.furtivobar.com/privacy-policy. SMS consent is not shared with other businesses for their own marketing purposes.

These terms govern the SMS program. Terms relating to reservations, events, payments, or cancellations are provided separately when you book or purchase the service. Program updates will be published on this page and do not automatically expand the scope of your consent.
